How to apply?
For optimal and long-lasting results, apply Vitapanel Clean ECO to dry, cool solar panels as follows:
- Dilute Vitapanel Clean ECO with clean water at a ratio of 1:20 (for manual/robotic/tracked brush application) or 1:10 (for drone/helicopter application).
- Apply evenly over the panel surface, avoiding peak solar intake hours and high humidity (>90%).
Manual/Robot/Tractor application: spray, brush, rinse
1. Dilute Vitapanel Clean ECO with water (1:20).
2. Apply evenly, on dry solar panels and not during peak hours of solar intake.
3. Let the cleaner soak for 30 minutes.
4. Use soft brushes to remove stubborn dirt.
5. Rinse with (demineralized) water.
Drone application: spray, rinse by rain
1. Dilute Vitapanel Clean ECO with water (1:10)
2. Spray evenly, on dry solar panels and not during peak hours of solar intake.
3. Apply when considerable amount of rain is expected within 1-3 days.
Cleaning frequency and capacity
Cleaning frequency and dilution required may vary based on the type of dirt and the cleaning methodology used. With 10 liter (2.64 US gal) on a 1:20 dilution you can clean approximately 1400 m2 - 1700 m2 (15,069 ft2 - 18,299 ft2) of panels.
Storage & environment
- Keep from freezing (T >5oC <35oC / >41°F <95°F ) only in the original container in a cool, well-ventilated place. Unopened cans have a shelf life of 3 years.
- The organic components of Vitapanel Clean ECO are bio-based and in low concentrations harmless to the environment.
- Dispose of contents/cans in accordance with local regulations.
The product can be applied manually, by robot, by tractor or by drone. A proper application partly determines the desired effect.
